Taking Orders Now. AVAILABLE MAY 2025. We are taking orders for whole or halves of beef! $7.00/POUND
DUE TO THE CURRENT changes in the world, our eyes have been opened to a new way to market our beef.
We have several beefs that will be finished and ready for slaughter. Live weight on that date will approximately 1300lbs. The yield of meat for your freezer will be about 525lbs. The meat will hang for 21 days for flavor and will be ready to be picked up by the buyer at the processor. Price / pound of meat varies. Grass fed and grain finished. $7.00/POUND OF MEAT. It's not a Farmer's Market with out the veggies, jellies and jams. Our family garden isn't big, but it is bountiful. Our products are homemade with love in a home kitchen and are not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
