Sand Hill Plum Jelly is a tart jelly grown from the native wild fruit growing in pastures and roadsides across the midwest. These hardy red plums grow wild, without chemicals or care.
This jelly contains wild plum juice, sugar, pectin, lemon juice and a touch of margarine as an anti-foaming agent. The hot liquid jelly is poured into hot, sterile jars, sealed, then given a boiling water bath to further insure sterility.
Made in one small batch at a time. The flavor is best when consumed within six months. Refrigerate after opening.
